Join us among the trees for a forest school session for adults where we will learn the basics of woodwork as we make a wooden window box planter from scratch and plant it up with herbs and flowers. This forest school session will take place outdoors at Among the Trees, St. Margarets, Co. Dublin.

About the event

The main activity offered during this forest school session for adults is a workshop where you'll construct your own window box. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to stroll in the woods, light the fire and cook campfire snacks, swing in the hammock, paint, create and craft at your leisure.

How to choose, buy, measure, cut, sand and treat wood

How to use a drill and hand saw (the basics!)
